Big Chevy, I changed the battery to the driver side to make room for my tranny cooler, and since I am using the CPP dropout it will work well.

50adrod, I am using the corvette style mounts. I dont have any problem with tranny clearence, but my motor is pretty far forward in order to keep the stock firewall. It is just about as far forward ass you can go and fit radiator hoses.
