I put the L98 in my 68 Firebird using the stock harness., but I did pretty much ruin a 'Vette to get it out without cutting any wires.
the 'Vete trans has a different tailhousing...if you have to fab a crossmember anyway like I did, easy enough to make it take a TH400 mountgoing lengthwithe instead of crosswise. otherwise get a tailhousing off a regular car.

I had nice colorized wiring diagrams, but I think they died in my last hard drive fail.
