Keep in mind that if it is a 14FF and not a 14SF, the spring perches will need to be cut off and moved as well as the shock mounts. It's not a direct bolt in.
To answer your original question (sorry), that's a decent price, if they're complete and don't need major work. You won't be any worse off with 37s and 4.10s than you are currently with 3.73s and 35s.
