So I will not be building my 69 Short box,I will be selling it back to Chad the guy I sold it to about 20 years ago,he was 15 when he bought it from me.It has more value to him than it does for me.So I will be doing just like you, finding a 1 ton and putting a cab on it but I want a 4 door or a extended cab!
Right on man, I noticed it was you...Im glad you had your buddy to sell it to. It had some sentimental value to both of you. I'll keep you updated with my build. Hoping to get the frame ASAP so I can start mocking it up.

Sorry for the bad ideas...it's gonna get costly. Well, honestly, it wont be too bad. So far I have about $1500 into the motor and $1200 into the transmission. Picking up the frame/rolling chassis for $300 minus the rear end. Found a couple rears for $300-500. Picked up some 3rd gen wheels/tires for $200. My build will be on a budget...Im poor

Do you want to do a 12v or a 24v?
