blocks are an easy way to get an inch or more drop, will probably need longer ubolts too. only thing to keep in mind is that your pinion angle will change. on a small drop like you want you shouldn't see any noticable difference.
the mII front is also easy to bag either with shockwaves or regular bag and shock setups. You can get specific air bag arms or just a kit to convert you existing arms TCI Speedway and others carry both.
