As far as I know, the only way to get there is to pull the axle out. Then you remove the plug, which is what is supposed to be in there. Install a zerk fitting, isert the grease and swap the plug back in. It's a lot of work, but if you are already apart to service your wheel bearings, it not that much more. It's not like it needs to be done with any real frequency.
