205K on my DD 83 305, Run 10/30 Pennz High Mileage with a FRAM 2 qt filter and have been running this since day 1

, I do 3K/3mo oil changes, Synthetics aren't in the picture until I have to replace the engine

Use any oil you wish,all oils today are about the same, it's mainly Brand loyalty, use one oil and stick with it
