if your truck has coil springs in the rear, yes. these can be swapped out rather easily. it's just two bolts holding them in. Anything over 4" though and you will have to get an adjustable track bar, or a relocator kit for it. If it is leafs, the best thing would be to get drop shackles. that or remove a leaf or two.
