2000 is a normal price for just about any engine/tranny with 30-40K on the clock... across the board.
Maybe 2500 because it has the tranny. Maybe 2700 because the harness is intact.
On the other hand, you might find a wrecked truck for 1K at auction.
I have bought and sold engines before, and shipped and received them. It all boils down to "what's it worth TO YOU"
