new gears?
i've been thinking, instead of frontend kit or new exhaust for my birthday, i could ask for a new gear kit for my rearend.
there is a richmond gear package in jegs for $304 that includes everything needed to install the new ring & pinion, new bolts for the cover, cover gasket, bearings, shims, seal, and oil.
i'm thinking replacing the 2.73's would help my gas milege quite a bit and also help my truck be a little quicker too!
i would be getting 3.73's and then an eaton posi later this summer, possibly
