a few things.
1. if you paid with echeck it takes time to clear, just like a regular check.
2. if you paid by mail, we add it as we receive them before they go into the bank
3. this should be in forum feedback, not the message board
so we actually see it and it does not get missed. (typing Josh's name in all caps does not page him to a post unfortunately
