Ceramic coating is the way to go. It keeps the underhood temps down.
I would stay away from Jet Coating, as I have heard nothing but complaints about their cheap workmanship. A friend of mine sent back a header for his Harley 3 times, due to fingerprints and scratches. Find a local shop and ask around local car shows.
