How much rust are you talking about ol Curt? For very minor surface stuff that are in corners and hard to get Ive used a rust converter in a rattle can with rattle can price....roughly 5 bucks or so.

20 some years ago, I used some in my 69 Chevelle around the rear window. It was like a jell and it hardened into a coating that could be sanded and painted. I sold the car 10 years later and nothing had ever popped out from that area. I dont know what it was, now. Too long ago.
