It looks like this is a steering box from a 1980-85 full size GM pickup so it should. It depends on what year your c-10 is whether it will fit without mods or not. You really should provide more information when you post a question on the board. A gear box could be a transmission, transfer case, or a steering box. This is probably why you haven't received any replies on your question up to this point.... Not a flame, just a suggestion...
