A: I don't believe it, the torsion rods run to the inside as it attaches in the front of the torsion box.
B: The first drop steps 2-3/4"s from the bottom of the floor & to the bottom of the torsion box, it's 6-1/4"s from the tub floor.

Measuring the frame from directly below the body mount bolts:
Front is 33-1/4"s
Rear is 34"s
Torsion boxes inside/inside.
From front at the narrowest point before it jogs is 43-1/2"s
From the furthest point rearward of the torsion box is 51"s
**Please keep in mind that all these old trucks my not measure up exactly the same.
