Andy, I have a glass bead cabinet, and blasted my manifolds, and then used the POR-15 paint. These manifolds were done more than a year ago and still look good. When I did them, I blasted them, and wiped them down with thinner, let them dry good, and painted a thin coat on. waited a day an then put a heavy coat on. after I put them back on my truck, I ran the truck for 15-20 minutes on day and been driving it every since. I also painted the master cylinder with the same product.
