I experienced that problem about 10 years ago, and it was because I used an aftermarket door seal from JC Whitney. It was cheap and I was on a tight budget. The door fit like crap for about a year until the door seal took a set. Putting Armor-all on the seal helped by giving it a little lubrication. Hope this helps....
