Wes, I thought the best technique was to use the welding rods on the dents and pull them out with them and then use a "little bondo" to avoid all those drilled holes. I'm no expert by no means but I have done a fair share of bondo work only. I would go with the full metal replacement like you want. I hope you find somebody that is acceptable. Good luck!
