ftw80 - I have a similar issue with center caps on the rear of my 72 C20 (I'm actually using Dodge center caps on the rear now). I'm running 16" wheels from a mid-90's 2500, and the center caps won't work on the rear.

What do you mean by "...I added an inch to the rear rim..."? Does this mean the wheel is extended out from the drum by an extra inch?
