I`ve never had MMs,but never heard anything bad.I`m a Warn Premium man,too.

Here`s a story...(ya,I know)
My first 4wd had Warn Loc-o-matics and I kept blowing them out.Finally I realized when Warn said to lock manually for heavy loads and compression braking it was because they are weak in "auto" mode.So,it was any extra torque that was lethal,like mud and big tires.
They cost $150 a pair back in the mid-70s and that was alot of money at the time.After buying 3 individuals I mail ordered some no-name crap from some mail order 4wd catalog for $40 and never had a problem again.I was running 14.50/37s on a 3/4t pickup.
