Doesn't really matter as long as they are hooked up. If my memory serves me right the bottom one on the trans is the out going and then I ran it to the external cooler then the bottom of radiator then top of radiator back to transmission top. I think.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
