I wouldn't see why not. I have the helper air bags on mine. I turned it upside down to make it fit better. I also have a set of the spacers too. I asked about the size of them in another thread and was told 2" for them so I had them cut at 2" thick, they must have meant 2" total because they were way off at 2" per side so I had them cut in half.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
