On my 59 the stock e brake has a rod that goes from the handle thru the firewall to a pivot mounted on top of the frame rail. A cable is attached with a clevis that goes down the frame rail to a pulley then to the lever arrangement under the bed. I am not using any of the stock stuff from the cab or front frame, you can have it for the cost of shipping if your is missing. Wrench bender beat me on the spring and seat, spring is also available from Ace, Lowes, etc in the custom hardward pull out section.
