I agree with what Longhorn said. You can patch it, but if you have a hole in one place, most likely others will start showing up soon. Over heating your truck always suck and as usual, will happen when you are stuck in traffic or in a hurry to get somewhere.

If you are really on a budget, check out a local yank-your-part, wrecking yard.
You can usually get a radiator cheap.

If you have a 2 or 3 core, this would be a good time to install a 4 core radiator.

I have used the 2 stage putties to bond plaques to manhole covers. I even used it on a power steering reservoir. It lasted on the reservoir for a few years. But I would not risk it on a radiator, its not worth cooking your motor IMHO.
