A running, driving 4-5-6 Chevy truck with a swb fleetside bed on it, is worth $500.00, in most any case, especially if it has any desireable options.

Drain, flush and fill the tranny. Test drive it. I may also be the throw-out bearing, depending on the type of noise it is making.
