You will have to have the mounting holes in the heads to move the alternator to the passenger side plus a long water pump.

It would probably be easiest to pull the manifold off and take it to a machine shop and have them remove the broken bolt. I say that because most likely if you felt you could get it out wiith an easyout you would have already tried it.
