I own a bit of everything. Never have had a problem with my Mac guy. He is here almost every week (except family emergencies). I have never had a problem with warranty returns. He has been a good friend for the past 8 years and has never done me wrong. I also buy from snap-on, matco, and STS. The only bad thing is all are a bit expensive, but none have ever given me problems with warranty and the service has always been outstanding. Just my $0.02.
