The trailer is lifted some to be level with the truck. I had a subframe built and then attached the axles to that. It looks high, but i dont have a problem pulling it. It rides nice, and pulls fine. I really expected negative comments about the heigth issue, but havent so far. I would have never been able to hook it up to the chev without lifting the trailer.......so then i are a redneck? LOL
