Correct,
The belt running to the alternator should also go around the water pump and crank. It will be the closest to the motor then the power steering should be the closest to the fan. Or inner belt is alternator and outter is power steering.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
