you shouldn't be having the fitment problems you describe... there seems to be a lot variance in the quality of replacement panels... I would see about returning these and finding better ones... the place I got mine from had cheap ones and expensive ones... I tried the cheap ones and then returned them for the expensive ones, big difference in fit...
