We traced the problem between the igntion to the starter. We're thinking the igntion switch. Because we put a screwdriver across the starter posts and it had power so it's nothing after that point. Igntion switch is under the dash on the column, correct?

Izzy- Yes you're right. To get to it you need to take off the lower part of the dash panel. Then loosen the 4 nuts that are holding up a U shaped brace. The column will then be loose enough to drop down a bit and you can then see the wires grouped together going into the switch about halfway down the column. Remove the plastic connections then you can unbolt the ignition switch. Best to have someone with small hands remove the connection. Also make sure the battery is disconnected.
