After some door adjusting, I think the firewall/cowl has relaxed forward a little. I don't know how this body was removed from the chassis or how long it's been bouncing around un-braced. The floors, rocker boxes, toe boards, cowl sides, windshield frame is all incredibly solid. Guess I should pick a color so as to paint the firewall and do a body swap first. I need a right door, I'm guessing I can cut a truck door's window frame.
