Yup! I ran 12.50/33s on 10" wheels on my`90 Blazer.I had the spring shop bring the front up an inch or two to level it up.With 8" rims nothing would be required.Here`s my Blazer in stock form with 11.50/32s on factory rallyes that I ran about a year.They had plenty of room...1990:

This is with 12.50/33s on 10s and front leafs arched an inch or so with a leaf added...2005:
