You have it on right .. It looks like they expect you to fab up brackets for the front bushings.

Here is a stock one laid out from the driver view. The 2 end links mount to the frame. The other end mounts to the axle by an elongated lower shock mount. I much prefer the CCP sway bar for aftermarket if you can't get hold of an original.
