You need to slow down when you are typing and read what you are typing so we can understand what you are asking!
From what I understand from your first post, you have a bad oil leak and you have dirty white thick oily stuff on your dip stick?
The first step is to change your oil and filter. Then check your radiator to make sure you are not loosing coolant. Now run the engine and check the oil to see if the milky color comes back. If so, you have to change a head gasket or worse your engine. Do not drive the truck with water or coolant in your oil!
If your engine is leaking oil, clean the engine and look for the leak. It is most likely your valve cover gaskets.
If it is burning oil, check it and add at regular intervals. You might want to start saving for a different engine.
