I had a '64 ford truck 9" rear with welded spiders....it was fun, the inside tire would "chirp, chirp, chirp" around corners, I was in high school and it was cool to cruise around Sonic.....one day I had the driver's tire and wheel pass me on the highway, broke all 5 wheel studs and took off
had a single reservoir so I had to just let it grind to a halt (either the e-brake didn't work or I didn't think about it) shattered the brake drum in a thousand pieces, ground the bottom of the backing plate flat and puked the wheel cylinder gut and all the fluid out....I had to go find my wheel in a field....nothing major happened, luckily
it is lots of stress on the rear end parts
