I tried the 88-98 3/4-ton 6-lug rotors on my '66 C10. No go. The bearing surfaces on the spindle are further apart and the bearings are the wrong size. The studs are larger in diameter and metric - actually the same size as the same year 8-stud truck. This won't fit the stock wheels.

I wanted the 6-lug solution too, but I got a complete frame-cut 78 C10 front suspension for $75. I couldn't ignore the price advantage. Then its all stock parts when it comes to maintenance. The 5-on-5" pattern was also a perfect match for the Mark V 9" with discs I happened to pick up as well for $50.

Whoohoo! 4-wheel discs for $125!
