No cons,
All pros.
You gain much needed ground clearance of the lower control arms. It also centers the front wheels in the wheel opening. Plus it narrows the front track width.
It uses all of your original truck suspension, instead of converting to light weight Mustang II components.
I think the price is in line also. Before the Dropmember,... no other product addressed these issues,... especially if you wanted to lay the frame.
