I did find out some info on the stock springs for a 70 swb 1/2 ton with the coil spring rear suspension. I talked with the guys at Eaton Detroit Spring and they filled me in that the stock spring rate is 382 lbs and the free length of the springs are 13.19 inches. (If anyone wanted to know).
