Ive found my best deals on stuff in the paper or local ad paper . Junkyards usually want a LOT for posi or locker stuff in decent ratios . Sometimes you can get really good deals out of the paper. Some rear ends like Danas have tags with the ratio. I'd look for 67-70 posi dana 60 in 6 lug semifloater with 4.10 gears. 4.10 is plenty driveable on the street . Ive seen rear ends like that at around $400 drum to drum in the paper.
