Check for vacuum leak as stated.Check to see if your accelerator pump is squirting fuel.Also check plugs.The carb may be at fault but I rebuilt mine and it was not much better.I put in an HEI.Mine is about20-30 HP better with it.I paid $25 at the JY for it.There is a great write up in the FAQ's by member 'shifty" on install,including part#'s for the wiring connector.
