Also-
Small back windows were standard and the big back window was optional, air conditioning was optional and not common. 67's didn't have the marker lights on the front fenders and bed sides, that started in '68. The ignition switch bezel was smaller on the '67 too. Power steering was a ram assist unit instead of in the steering box.
