Anyone who is a non subscribed member... unless you intend on GIVING the frame away, then you can not try to sell your stuff here.
This thread was not intended to source parts, he was just commenting on how he was bummed out.
If he was askin for a frame, he would have posted it in the parts forum.
If your name is pink, you need to offer it for free, or not at all.
