look at the chalk on the firewall again, see if you can locate z84 anywhere... that's the CST option number. I've seen it between the bed and cab too, sometimes on the bed, sometimes on the cab.
Looking at the pics, it looks like it was given a make over once before... those are aftermarket mirror arms, and mounted too high, but otherwise, looks equipped about right for a CST. Bummer the original horn button is gone. They are worth some coin when in real good shape... plus, they just look cool
