Ok I have no idea what the sandreson headers are you guys are talking about but if you want clearence then go with a shortie.Ive had about 8 of these trucks and the headers I always use has been the shortys of an 82 camaro there is no collector problems at all becouse its up high the only thing I have ever had to do was notch the frame maybe about a 1/2 inch on the drivers side,Ive used these headers on 68,76 and 84 trucks that were all dropped the collectors on the full lengh headers hit and break with my drops normally 4/6 so I have always used these and had everything run on top of the frame.

I used to use only heddman headers but now just get the flow techs from summit 89.99 unless you need the pretty burnt chrome looks then get the high dollar ones
