Did you brace your door opening before you replaced the cab corner and removed the old rocker? If not, the door opening may be out of whack. Have you done the passenger side yet? If not, you may want to take measurements of that door opening and compare it to the side you are having problems with. I had a problem with the back edge of my repro rockers. They had a slight curve to it, as opposed to being straight. I had to cut a slice in it, bend it straight and weld it. Pain in the ass, but they turned out pretty good.
