A bolt-in c-notch is as far as you can go before the pumpkin hits the bed-floor. So unless you plan on cutting the floor out, there's no need for a weld-in style kit on a 7" rear drop.

On a budget, the static front + bagged rear works very well. Bags will run you about $75ea & if you drill the frame, you don't need brackets. You will need a 1.5-2" lowering block to maintain decent bag pressure for a better ride & to help w/the shock travel @ 7" of drop.
