Woody- hope this helps. The top pic shows the threaded insert that the bracket in the second pic bolts to. For your hatch hardware the handle is very similar to the ones available at your local hardware store (used for overhead garage doors); not correct but okay until you find an original. They bolt right in. Good luck.
