I don't have the wiring harness you speak of but my factory tack plugs right to the cap on my hei and doesn't have anything to do with the wiring harness in the dash or under the hood.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
