I don't really know what to call that part other than a clutch pedal arm? If those two parts are worn, I would also look at the clutch bellcrank. The holes in the bellcrank arms are likely worn as well as the swivel that fits into the lower arm. If you can't find a good replacement pedal arm, that one could be drilled out and have a steel bushing tack welded in. Those factory linkage arms are hardened steel, just so you know it will take a very good drill bit if you go that route.
